OPB625, OPB626, OPB627 and OPB628 Photologic Series Slotted Optical SwitchesThis series of Photologic® slotted optical switches, from Optek Technology, consist of an IR LED and a monolithic integrated circuit. This includes a photodiode, a linear amplifier and a Schmitt trigger on a single silicon chip. These slotted optical switches feature a TTL/LSTTL compatible logic level output.
